Plants grow 8–10 inches tall and spread 12–24 inches wide, producing plenty of runners while holding fruit up off the ground. Bred by Chad Finn and named in his honor, Finnito was developed by Oregon State University and the USDA Agricultural Research Service and released in 2025.
